In a marketing activity, a strategy is needed to attract many consumers, one of which is marketing activities through advSosialertising on social media. This research aims to 1) find out the linguistic strategies for skincare product advertisements on Facebook social media and 2) find out the form and purpose of the language used in skincare product advertisements on Facebook social media. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The data techniques used to collect data are documentation and observation. The results of this research are 1) the linguistic strategy for advertising skincare products on Facebook social media, namely using persuasive language that describes and explains the benefits obtained from using this skincare product; and 2) the form and purpose of the language used in advertising skincare products on Facebook social media, namely in the form of uploading informative advertising videos and photos on the Wardah and Neuroskin Facebook accounts with the aim of providing information and persuading readers to be interested in using these skincare products.

Penelitian ini membahas transformasi digital Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Kampunganyar melalui implementasi platform e-commerce berbasis WordPress sebagai upaya memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk UMKM lokal. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah keterbatasan sistem penjualan manual yang menyebabkan rendahnya akses pasar, kesulitan pemantauan stok, dan tidak adanya sistem transaksi daring yang terpadu. Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang, membangun, dan menguji website e-commerce yang mampu mengintegrasikan proses promosi, pemesanan, pembayaran, hingga pengiriman produk dalam satu platform. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, observasi, dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan sistem, kemudian pengembangan website dilakukan dengan model Waterfall melalui tahapan perencanaan, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian black-box. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website e-commerce yang dibangun berhasil menyediakan fitur katalog produk, keranjang belanja, checkout, metode pembayaran transfer, manajemen stok, dan konfirmasi transaksi yang memudahkan konsumen serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan oleh BUMDes. Pengujian sistem menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dan mampu mengatasi masalah pemasaran produk UMKM yang sebelumnya bersifat manual. Implementasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan desa, memperluas akses pasar UMKM, serta menjadi model replikasi digitalisasi ekonomi desa di wilayah lain.

This community service program aims to provide insight and knowledge about financial literacy, competitive pricing, sound financial management, how to hygienically and attractively package fish and vegetables, how to choose the right service and marketing strategies, and how to create technological innovations by following current trends such as delivery apps or social media. This Community Service activity, under the Community Empowerment Assistance Lecturer Service scheme, was conducted at the Berkah Bersama Mobile Vegetable Vendor Community in Palangka Raya City. The activities were implemented using various methods: Financial Literacy Socialization and Training, Training and Mentoring on the Use of Digital Marketing, Training on Appropriate Service and Marketing Strategy Management, and Training and Mentoring on skills in analyzing competitive pricing and how to manage and package products properly so that they appear fresh and attract buyers to increase profitability. The training delivery methods used were lectures, interactive dialogues, and hands-on demonstrations on the use of digital marketing applications.
